We hope you love shopping with Kismet, but in case you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30 day return and refund policy.

For products purchased from www.kismetjewelry.ca you may contact us here to begin the refund process within 30 days.
Please include your; Order number, full name, and your reason for return.

Once we receive your request, we will send you further instructions to begin the return process within 1-3 business days.

After your item has been successfully returned, refunds will be submitted to the card-issuing bank within 1-3 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. (Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.)

All discounted items are final sale.
Returned items must be in the same condition they were sold in.
We do not offer exchanges.

Negligence includes, but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect consignee's information (such as order address, contact number, or consignee's name). In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us with your order number and the correct information as soon as possible.
